My name is Breosha Sowell and I am a Queen city native! Like a lot of teens in their last years of high school, I never knew exactly what I wanted to do for a living. Fortunately, I was aware of my potentials in something that has always made me feel comfortable and eager to learn about and that was in helping people with pain or injuries. Inherently, as I entered college I gravitated towards the field of Sports Medicine as it aligned with the fact that I was an athlete and the short-term goals I set for myself in wanting to follow the dual paths of healthcare and sports.
Graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, my post college experiences exposed me to how closely the fields of massage therapy and Sports Medicine are linked. To manifest my goal of having a career in Massage Therapy, I assertively pursued further enrichment and enrolled in massage school as I wanted to build my credentials to favor the field. Since doing so I've come into a stronger appreciation and self-awareness that massage practices offer. Each day I become more passionate as I look forward to absorbing more knowledge and sharing it with every client that I encounter!
